It is easy to blame politicians and left-wing radicals for the down fall of the USA. It is not so easy to admit that you have not been the preserving salt that you were supposed to be. I know that I haven't done everything I could have to be salt to my culture.
To be that preserving salt, doesn't mean we conform to the standards (or lack thereof) in our culture. We are to be a stand-out, counter-culture like Jesus and the disciples.
